SNAP Application Assistance
Our team of SNAP Coordinators, in partnership with Hunger Free Colorado, can be found across the Denver metro area, visiting food shares and food pantries to offer on-site SNAP application assistance. We'll do the paperwork!
Healing Foods
Our healing foods program, one of our earliest established programs, is how we distributed farm-grown food at no cost to target communities. Each year we use data and current historical contexts, such as new human migrations or lasting impacts of pandemics, to identify communities who will receive produce at no cost. No matter annual changes in our partner communities, our farmers, volunteers, and agricultural workers in Colorado are continuously designated as recipients in order to uproot societal norms that keep us from experiencing food security.

No Cost Grocery + SNAP Friednly Markets
One of our earliest programs at FrontLine was our No Cost Grocery program, in partnership with Denver Food Rescue. This program offers free, organic groceries and specialty items rescued from Whole Foods and Sprouts locations in Denver. This program is open to the public and does not require IDs or any form of documentation to both reduce the stigma of food insecurity and increase food access on a wide scale.
Additionally, we occasionally also attend farmers markets where we offer customers the ability to purchase with SNAP and Double Up Food Bucks.
