MOSAIC: A World Heritage Farm to Table

Join us for our Mosaic World Heritage Farm to Table dinner at Celebration Garden. The evening's dining experience features 4 courses designed to highlight our African, Arab and Bio-Regional Foodways from our farms, paired with craft beer and wine. Our farms will provide the produce and many of the local ingredients sourced for our chefs' original culinary creations. Our featured chefs include Jared Kendall, Richard Hammons and Alexis Rodriguez.

$150 per chair

This dinner will be served family style for all 4 courses. There will be meat and vegetarian options with a beer and wine paring for each. As we are dedicated to local foods, we have curated the whole meal based on what we are sourcing from our community. We will have information on food ingrienents and allergens availble for each plate during the event.

Activities and Entertainment

We will have both a silent auction and fundraiser games throughout the event. All funds raised help support our farms and programming, including:  Healing Foods Program, Farm Education Programs, and Liberation by Land: Greenhouse.

Live music will set the atmosphere throughout the night.
