Collaboration Director

Type: Exempt, Full Time, Salaried Position

Hours: 40 Hours per week with weekend and evening availability for events, farming etc

Rate: $60,000-$65,000 Plus full health and dental benefits, paid sick, vacation days, paid professional development, and vegetables and groceries.

Role: The Collaboration Director supports the Executive Director and senior Leadership in fostering collaboration, strategic alignment, and operational excellence. This role involves consistent engagement with staff leaders to ensure they are equipped to manage their roles effectively and complete tasks on time. Serving as a key facilitator, the Collaboration Director enhances cross-functional coordination and community outreach, while upholding FLF’s commitment to land-based ethics and relationship-centered work. This position combines internal project management and external partnership development to strengthen FLF’s impact.

Other Consdierations: Key Responsibilities:
* Program and Deliverables Tracking: Develop a deep understanding of program initiatives, supporting in tracking progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
* Staff Leadership Support: Meet regularly with staff leaders to provide guidance, address challenges, and support them in managing responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
* Data Coordination for Grants: Support in data compilation and reporting for grant purposes, working closely with Leadership to meet grant-related requirements.
* Community Outreach & Partnership: Through a gradual integration into FrontLine’s work and culture, this role will be key in representing the organization authentically in the community. As they build a deep understanding of FrontLine’s values and community-focused mission, they will work collaboratively to foster meaningful relationships and ensure consistent, outward-facing engagement that reflects our shared vision and goals.
* Land-Based Ethics & Relationship Building: Embody and promote ethical stewardship of land and respect for all communities, human and beyond, reinforcing FLF’s mission of liberation through relationship-centered practices.

2025 Farm Manager

Type: Exempt, Full Time, Seasonal Salaried Position

Hours: 50 hours a week 5-6 days per week, alternating during peak season, April-October.

Rate: $55,000 per year. Compensation with benefits package includes $5,858 fully paid health and dental insurance starting at 30 days. Additional benefits in the form of paid professional development, some meals plus vegetables and groceries.

Role: Under the general direction of the Farm Director, this position works in all aspects of sustainable food production. In coordination with other Farm Managers, this position will supervise one of our three farm sites including crop plans and implementation, on-site team management, crop health and pest management, volunteer and programmatic schedules, food harvesting and packing, compost production and purchasing for their site. Additionally, supporting other site managers through team work as needed. This position is empowered to ensure the sites function at peak production and works in companionship and collaboration with farmers and our other sites. This successful candidate will advance the mission of FrontLine Farming and will communicate confidently and effectively about programs, services, goals and values. This space and opportunity is geared toward Black, Indigenous, People of Color and womxn.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
5+ full seasons as a farmer at a vegetable farm, preferably with sustainable farming practices
3 years management of crop planning
2 years management of employees
Training in correct use of farm equipment
Knowledge of safe handling of farm elements including, but not limited to: decomposing plant material, fish waste, finished compost, bacteria, fungus, insects, and fertilizers.
Proficient with Google Suite, and a willingness to learn and adopt new software and online tools.

Food Distribution Driver

Type: Part Time, Non Exempt

Hours: 15-25 hours/week

Rate: $22/hr, depending on experience and skills

Start Date: ASAP

Apply By: Open until filled

Role: ​This position is responsible for weekly deliveries to our partners at Project Protect Food Systems in all regions of Colorado. Role includes 2-3 deliveries per week to rural partner sites on a set schedule with special attention to box truck basic maintenance and feedback from PPFS on food quality/type. Additional duties may include one time drop offs of produce, trash and recycling, supplies or maintenance needs.
